Since Schneider Electric Netherlands is changing its business model, the Finance function needs to transform as well. The Finance team is obliged to reinforce its position as a serious partner towards the several company stakeholders, besides, capacity to generate added value to the organization should be developed.

Reporting Insight developed a tailor made 2-day workshop program, focusing on creating awareness within the Finance team, outlining the teams’ strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, and moreover defining criteria that should lift the team to a next level. During the last part of the workshop, each individual team member had to outline its planned personal action and contribution to the development plan of the entire team. These actions were all mentored along the way, moreover short- and long term evaluations were executed.
