Telindus

In January 2006, Belgium's largest telecommunications provider Belgacom Group (today named Proximus Group), acquired Telindus for it to become its IT services subsidiary. Today Telindus is fully absorbed into the Proximus Group.

In support of the CFO and Business Controllers one of our consultants set up, improved and enriched structural management information and reports. He designed the structure of the data per dashboard and adjusted it to the different information needs of multiple users. Main goal was to enable the departments and teams to maintain and be in control of their own reports and dashboards.

He also assisted by optimizing other administrative processes like pricing, taking into account the planned implemention of a new ERP system. Key activities included determining data governance and improving the quality of data.
